HOW TO USE
Simply click the button two (2) times and it automatically preheats your cartridge for ten (10) seconds. The S2 can then either be puff activated or button activated. Puff activation is cool and easy to use but not all cartridges work with airflow activated vape pens. And, if your cartridge clogs you need to turn on the battery to help melt the clog, which is why Ario wanted to give you both options.

We ship all products within 3 days, unless item is backorder, out of stock or in process of being manufactured. If so we will send out a notice. This will outline the time needed to stock and ship. Products should arrive between 4 and 12 days domestically. You will received tracking info by email.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International Orders. We ship to any international country but reserve the right to exclude based on their policies. It is your responsibility to know the laws and regulations in your country.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@theremedydcares.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
