I started with the toothpaste. It has been a month and it’s gotten rid of clusters of brown spots on my teeth. This is an incredible product, in its presentation, precise dosing, and overall cleanliness. One of the best cures of insomnia, with added bonus of promoting deep/REM sleep. Very similar to Z drugs such as ambien, but healthier for recovery, and does not suppress sleep cycles, but instead promotes it. Subjective experience with 1ml is a Relaxed/ loopy feeling that loves into sedated state. Has an onset of about an hour.
